Deep dive

01
NightGrid Field is a native SwiftUI app — not a wrapped web view. Scan latency, NFC bind, and camera capture feel instant because they're built for the device crews already carry.

02
Open the staff map and see live positions across the site — security at the gate, medics near the pit, production backstage. Filter by team, search by name, and tap a marker for role and zone. When crews cluster, grouped markers keep the map readable.

03
Field API is a thin BFF over the same credential, task, incident, and security services as the ops console. A scan at Gate A uses the exact zone ACLs you configured in Access Setup.
Staff portal
Actions replay automatically when connectivity returns
04
The staff web portal at /staff/[eventSlug] queues actions when connectivity drops — so gate and roaming crews aren't blocked by a dead AP on the far side of the site.
Part of the Event OS
Field shares the same event, data, and command layer as every other NightGrid division.
